Note: Shed prices above include paint using one the following (5) standard colors by Sherwin Williams: 

• Row House Tan 
• Cobble Brown
• Mindful Gray (light gray)
• Serious Gray (dark gray)
• Moderne White.

Trim comes in White, Black or Brown.

We can install 18"x27" windows in the walls that open up to add more light and airflow. we can also add windows in the doors for extra light and a very attractive look.

Our storage lofts run the full width of the shed and is 32" deep. It is a great way to save floor space. Use it for bulky items like patio cushions or umbrellas.

Our workbench runs the full width of the shed and is 24" deep. Perfect for a potting bench or tool bench. It also can be used as a nice storage shelf for boxes.

All our sheds come standard with a set of double doors that provide a 4' wide opening. Sometimes it's nice to access both sides of your shed and you may want two sets of double doors for easier access into the shed.

We can add another single door, up to 32" wide opening for easier access into the shed.

Our standard wall is 6'-6" tall. We offer a 7' tall option for extra headroom.

Most Shed Builders need 3' clearance on all sides to install their sheds. We like as much clearance as possible too, but we know not everyone has the extra room and sometimes the best place to install a storage shed is in a tight corner. Because we build onsite, we are able to squeeze into areas that other fabricators cannot. It takes a little extra time, and some creative engineering to squeeze up next to a wall or into a corner so we add a small Tight Build Site fee.

If you have an Old Shed you need removed, we will dismantle it and haul it off to the landfill for you. We charge $11 per square foot. For example, if you have an old 10x10 shed = 100 Sq Ft. so the price would be $1,100 to dismantle and haul it off.
